ICTD 2024 will be held at the African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD), in Juja, Kenya (near Nairobi).

AICAD is an international organization funded by the Governments of The Republic of  Kenya, The United Republic of Tanzania and The Republic of Uganda.  The Headquarter is  located at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Juja town. AICAD has the Kenya National office at Egerton University Njoro, Nakuru, The United Republic of Tanzania National office is  at Sokoine University of Agriculture Morogoro and Uganda National Office is at Makerere University Kampala. The main goal of the Institute is poverty reduction in the African region through human capacity development.
