Registration rates for ICTD 2024 are as follows:

LIC/LMIC Student	US $120	US $150
Virtual	US $60	US $120

At least one co-author of each accepted full Paper is expected to present the paper in person at the conference.

The “Standard” registration rate applies to an attendee if they are from a high-income country, if they work for a for-profit company, or if they work for a multilateral organizations such as the United Nations or World Bank.

The “LIC/LMIC Non-profit Professional” rate applies to attendees from low- or lower-middle income countries who do not work in the for-profit sector.

The “LIC/LMIC Student” rate applies to students from low- or lower-middle income countries.

Countries that count as LIC/LMIC for the purposes of registration are on one of these two lists: https://www.acm.org/publications/policies/full-waiver-countries and https://www.acm.org/publications/policies/lower-middle-income-countries. All other countries are considered “high-income countries” for the purposes of registration.
